A leading training company in Coventry is seeking an enthusiastic individual for a hands-on multi-functional role. This position involves providing exceptional customer service at the trade counter, processing orders, and supporting operational tasks. This is a hands‑on, multi‑functional role combining trade counter sales, operational support, purchasing, and customer service. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and supporting overall business performance.
Wage: £14,526.20 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age.
Training course: Business administrator (level 3). Hours: Full‑time – hours TBC, 37 hours a week. Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands‑on experience.
Desirable qualifications:
Qualification / Standard: ST0070 Business administrator. Duration: 18 months.
