A community mental health service is seeking a part-time administrator to support the South Hams Mental Health Team. The ideal candidate will manage the administrative team, ensure efficient workflows, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires intermediate IT skills and the ability to handle diverse workloads. Located in Totnes, the position offers flexible working hours with a pay range of £27,485 to £30,162 pro rata for 22.5 hours a week.
We are looking for an efficient and experienced administrator to support the South Hams Mental Health Team at Leatside Surgery. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator with excellent IT, communication, organisational and management skills. Working in partnership with the Clinical Team Manager and clinical colleagues we welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate a commitment to delivering high quality administration and leadership skills, with excellent IT, communication and office management in an efficient and timely manner. This is a part time role, working 22.5 hours a week, we are flexible around the days and times worked, however, we do require the successful candidate to work Mondays and preferably Fridays.
