Job summary

A mental health service provider in Dawlish is seeking an experienced Admin Support Officer to provide comprehensive administrative assistance across various services. Job description

To provide a comprehensive administration support to a team across thefull range of commissioned services Secure Care, CAMHS Tier 4, Perinatal andAdult Eating Disorders. There will be anexpectation for the post holder to be highly motivated, flexible andenthusiastic with excellent organisational and secretarial skills. Tasks willinclude meeting organisation; comprehensive minute taking; responsibility forkeeping key regional and national databases updated; use of and updating regionalbed management systems and checking that the day to day data is correct andup-to-date.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will have word processing skills and computer literacy and will be required to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Information Technology. The post holder will need to meet deadlines, collate data and maintain standards relating to administrative processes. The post holder may be expected to line manage others.

The post holder will be expected to work without direct supervision and manage their own workload.
