Job description
Overview

Business Admin Apprentice. You will be working at the head office in Rugby as part of the office administration team. Your role will help ensure the smooth running of the head office and support staff and academies to meet targets and the company business plan.

What you'll do at work

You will learn on the job by gaining hands-on experience while working.

  • Be responsible for ensuring accurate data is uploaded and maintained on the company management information system
  • Carry out quality checks to certify the accuracy of both paper and electronic records
  • Regularly produce reports from the management information system for distribution throughout the company
  • Take part in the learner registration and certification process, communicating with awarding bodies
  • Provide reception cover when necessary, operate a small switchboard, greet visitors, set up rooms for meetings and events, and distribute incoming and outgoing post. Good customer service skills are essential
  • Carry out general office duties such as letter writing, photocopying, scanning and filing
  • Be enrolled on one of our apprenticeship programmes, completing a business administration qualification
