Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide delivery updates and tracking information.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior members of the team when necessary.
Administration & Order Processing
  • Process customer orders accurately using internal systems.
  • Update and maintain customer records and documentation.
  • Support daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with the coordination of deliveries and liaise with warehouse and distribution teams.
Business Support & Collaboration
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Support the implementation of customer service and administrative procedures.
  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
Training and Qualification
  • You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams by a trusted training provider.
  • This means no college day release is required, allowing you to learn and earn full‑time within the business.
  • Most of your apprenticeship will be spent gaining hands‑on experience in a real working environment.
Requirements
