Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide delivery updates and tracking information.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to senior members of the team when necessary.
Administration & Order Processing
- Process customer orders accurately using internal systems.
- Update and maintain customer records and documentation.
- Support daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with the coordination of deliveries and liaise with warehouse and distribution teams.
Business Support & Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Support the implementation of customer service and administrative procedures.
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
Training and Qualification
- You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams by a trusted training provider.
- This means no college day release is required, allowing you to learn and earn full‑time within the business.
- Most of your apprenticeship will be spent gaining hands‑on experience in a real working environment.
Requirements
- Desirable qualifications: GCSE Grade 4 (C) or above in English and Maths.
- If you have other relevant qualifications or prior experience, the apprenticeship can be adapted to suit your skill level.
