What you’ll be doing
- Answering and managing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring clients receive an excellent first impression
- Handling emails efficiently and politely, supporting clear communication with clients and colleagues
- Organising and maintaining files and records, including confidential legal documents, in line with office procedures
- Photocopying and scanning important paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Inputting data into case management systems to support solicitors and office operations
- Assisting with general administration tasks and taking on ad-hoc duties as required by management

- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, and databases)
