What you’ll be doing
  • Answering and managing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring clients receive an excellent first impression
  • Handling emails efficiently and politely, supporting clear communication with clients and colleagues
  • Organising and maintaining files and records, including confidential legal documents, in line with office procedures
  • Photocopying and scanning important paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Inputting data into case management systems to support solicitors and office operations
  • Assisting with general administration tasks and taking on ad-hoc duties as required by management
