An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Bureau Manager to join a leading smart buildings and energy optimisation provider. Your mission: to grow and deliver the 24/7 BMS remote service and energy carbon bureau reporting offerings, assisting customers in understanding their utility usage, carbon emissions, and cost implications.


Role Overview

As a Bureau Manager, you will be the primary strategist in setting the commercial agenda, monitoring operational performance, and managing the Bureau Team to guarantee outstanding service delivery.


Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic leadership of the Bureau Team to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Deliver and implement a business plan centred on the steady expansion of the Bureau function.

  • Implement fresh Bureau services, increasing revenue and enhancing client retention.

  • Oversee the contractual delivery of SLAs, ensuring internal processes, legislation, and contract requirements are met.

  • Collaborate cross-departmentally, build robust internal relationships, along with established rapport with supply chain partners and customers.

  • Monitor KPIs to evaluate service efficiency and quality to track trends, and drive development.

  • Manage 24/7 bureau ticketing system, ensuring continual client building's connectivity.


The Ideal Candidate


  • Experience in leading service teams in the energy, utilities, or public sector.

  • Outstanding leadership and coaching capabilities with a strong emphasis on driving team development.

  • Knowledge of Trend and Tridium (including IQvision).

  • Proficient IT and analytical skills.

  • Stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with software tools and systems, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
