A local government authority in the UK seeks a Building Surveyor for Planned Works. You will oversee investment programs, work closely with contractors, and provide technical advice. Candidates should possess a degree in Building Studies and have substantial experience in diagnosing building issues. Building Surveyor (Planned Works) starting salary £41,992pa with potential progression to £45,089pa inclusive on achieving designated skills and experience. 37 hours per week (hybrid working).
