This is a great opportunity to grow your career by leading and developing an additional Surveying Team in our Liverpool office whilst being supported by this established multi discipline practice.

We are seeking a passionate and focused Salaried Partner Building Surveyor who is looking to progress their career, working in a close-knit team. Sectors are varied but include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial, defence and insurance work.

You will be expected to lead on key client development, financial forecasting, recruitment, team management and growth.

What you need to do to be effective in this role
  • Ability to lead and successfully deliver projects and manage client relationships, including business development
  • Track record of preparing a business plan and executing it.
  • Hands on delivery of building surveying services
  • Client management and development
  • Supervising, managing and mentoring junior members of the building surveying team
  • Technical reviews to manage the quality of our services
