About the Role

As a Building Surveyor, you will work across a wide range of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting building surveys and producing detailed reports
  • Preparing schedules of condition and dilapidation
  • Managing repair and refurbishment projects from inception to completion
  • Advising clients on design, construction, maintenance, and repair
  • Assisting with party wall matters and building regulations compliance
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to APC development (if applicable)
