The leading construction consultancy is seeking a Building Surveyor to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team in London delivering a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and public sector projects across the UK. From restoring heritage landmarks to delivering cutting-edge modern facilities, no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside leading professionals in design, engineering, and project management, gaining exposure to high-impact projects in the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and delivering a wide range of building surveying services, from condition and dilapidation surveys to design, specification, and project management
  • Providing technical advice on construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects
  • Supporting senior colleagues on major capital works while independently managing smaller-scale projects
  • Collaborating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, sustainable outcomes
  • Contributing to business development and helping strengthen client relationships
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified in Building Surveying (RICS accredited preferred)
  • MRICS qualification or working towards chartership
  • Proven experience across multiple sectors such as commercial, education, or public buildings
  • Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong contract knowledge (particularly JCT)
