Building Services Manager – Construction
Location: Central West Scotland (Robroyston / Glasgow)

We’re partnering with a leading main contractor renowned for delivering high-quality projects across commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and public sector developments. With a strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and technical excellence, they deliver projects that make a lasting impact.

They are now seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to oversee all mechanical and electrical (M&E) elements across multiple projects, ensuring delivery to the highest quality, safety, and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review tender submissions and assess opportunities, risks, and project feasibility.

Evaluate and approve contractors, ensuring they are suitably qualified, resourced, and capable of delivery.

Lead building services coordination reviews and prepare installation method statements.

Monitor quality control, budget adherence, and programme schedules.

Review M&E tender documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Identify and implement value engineering opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in managing building services on large-scale construction projects.

Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, building services standards, and relevant regulations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

HNC/HND in Building Services (degree desirable).

Ability to work collaboratively while making confident, informed decisions.
