Overview

Clarkson Owens recruitment are working with a leading main contractor who are looking for an experienced building services manager to join their team. This company specialise in a number of project including new build commercial buildings, hotels, retail parks etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist pre-contract with planning and programming M & E Services
• Coordinate and control the work on site of all services sub-contractors, including attending and contributing to sub-contractors meetings

Qualifications / Experience

This role will be primarily dealing with the mechanical aspects of the projects therefore having greater experience in this is required. This company have projects throughout the central belt therefore some travelling will be required.
