We are looking for a skilled and proactive Building Services Engineer to join our Technical Services team. You will play a key role in maintaining the building’s mechanical, electrical, and fabric systems, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all users. This is a hands‑on role requiring flexibility, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to health and safety standards.
As a Building Services Engineer, you will support the maintenance operations on‑site, working as part of a multi‑disciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include planned and reactive maintenance, assisting contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities. Flexibility to work night shifts and participate in the on‑call rota is essential.
