Job description

This Building Services CAD Technician position is perfect for you if:

- you are an experienced Building Services CAD Technician looking for a part-time position on a salaried (i.e. not contract or hourly paid) basis or,

- you are keen to start your career as a Building Services CAD Technician and are seeking a full time role.

In both cases you will be working on non-domestic heating and ventilation schemes of varying complexity from straight-forward workshops to more challenging factories, office buildings and more.

As an experienced Building Services CAD Technician you will need to be fluent in using AutoCAD (not Revit), to add detailed information H & V details to existing drawings.

In the trainee position, you will be taught by experienced colleagues how to use the software, about the industry and exactly what the function of heating and ventilation equipment is.

Both roles will require you to work on site at their offices in Bradford, BD19 where there is parking available; the company does not offer hybrid or remote working.

They do however provide a pleasant working environment with a friendly team, relaxed atmosphere and a focus on producing great results.
