A housing association in Dartford is seeking a Building Safety Assistant to support the Senior Building Safety Coordinator with lifts and legionella compliance. This hybrid role involves liaising with contractors, assisting in administration, and maintaining compliance of properties. Role Title: Building Safety Assistant (Lifts and Legionella)
Hours: 28 hours per week, flexible across 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) or 4 days 9am-5pm.
Salary: £18,957 - £23,697 per annum (pro-rated to 28 hours per week).
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid between our Dartford office (Crossways Business Park) and working from home.
You will support our Senior Building Safety Coordinator in the delivery of works relating to our lifts and legionella risk areas and service contracts. You’ll liaise with contractors, consultants and our customers to ensure our properties are well maintained and achieve statutory compliance. You’ll assist in general administration including booking appointments, recording and updating information databases. Your database systems knowledge combined with your ability to extract data will be an asset to this role.
