Overview

Building Maintenance Technician. Salary up to £34K depending on skills experience / qualifications and potential for accommodation at a later stage. Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm. 30 mins lunch break. Holidays 20 days plus Bank Holidays and pension. Car owner/driver (once on site a vehicle is provided.). this is a rare opportunity to work in a specialist maintenance team covering a wide range of duties.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out all-round building maintenance including carpentry, basic plumbing and electrics.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and always working within Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Organise and/or supervise sub-contractors when required.
  • Communicate effectively with Tenants and contractors to cover a wide range of maintenance issues.
  • Work in a team and on own initiative; participate in the general maintenance programme and any specialist training provided by the client.
