Overview

Flexsource NI are currently recruiting a Building Maintenance Officer on a temporary full time basis covering the Armagh area.

Responsibilities

• Performing minor fixes, such as changing fuses, replacing light bulbs, repairing furniture, unblocking drains etc.
• Conducting cleaning duties and ensuring grounds are free of litter and harmful materials
• Regularly testing fire and security alarms, ensuring fire fighting equipment is accessible, and maintaining unrestricted access to fire exits
• Identify and escalate any further maintenance or repair needs as required
• Support incident response and emergency call outs as required

Requirements

• Level 4 qualification in a relevant building/construction subject
• Previous experience working in planned and reactive maintenance of non domestic buildings
• Working knowledge of statutory compliance in buildings
• Full driving licence and access to transport to facilitate the jobs duties
