What you’ll do

Take ownership of site inspections across Cumbria, covering all non-HRB building types. You’ll gain valuable experience and support in achieving additional classifications, helping you progress your career.

Write up reports and provide expert advice to owners, contractors and other construction professionals. Your input will shape the safety and compliance of buildings in the area.

What you’ll need

  • Be a registered building inspector with at least Class 2 A for inspection
  • Be willing to spend three days visiting sites, with the other two working from home
  • No minimum requirement for years of experience
