You will also lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Council's Quality Management System-driving innovation, consistency, and quality in everything we do. Your leadership will guide a skilled team, fostering professional development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. You'll also oversee complex and high-risk cases, offering expert advice and ensuring robust risk management across areas such as dangerous structures, non-compliance, and out-of-hours inspections. Significantly, you will also be a key member of the wider Place and Regeneration Directorate team.
