You'll also oversee complex and high-risk cases, offering expert advice and ensuring robust risk management across areas such as dangerous structures, non-compliance, and out-of-hours inspections. Significantly, you will also be a key member of the wider Place and Regeneration Directorate team. Qualifications

• Registration with the BSR as a Registered Building Inspector and Technical Manager (minimum Class 4 - 2F, Class 3 preferred).
