Overview

We are looking for an experienced Broadcast Engineer to join a specialist team delivering live coverage for one of the UK's most prestigious sporting industries. This is a hands-on, fully on-site role based in Warwickshire with frequent travel to Outside Broadcast (OB) events across the country.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot cameras, vision systems, and broadcast equipment
• Manage signal quality, camera racking, comms, rigging, and HD-SDI workflows
• Set up and test external feeds on-site
• Support senior engineers and work closely with the OB crew
• Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills (IP routing, address configuration)
• Practical repair skills (e.g., soldering, crimping)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced OB environment
• Team spirit and willingness to travel extensively
• Driving licence is essential
