Care Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Hours: Full time

To generate and promote a caring and supportive environment for Caremark’s customers by implementing very high standards of professional care and support.

Principal Responsibilities

• Ensure that Caremark’s aims and objectives are achieved and that each customer receives care and support appropriate to their individual needs.
• Ensure the implementation and compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory body guidance.
• Take ultimate responsibility for all members of staff.
• Liaise with customers, relatives, representatives, and social workers.
