Overview

Finance Lawyer, 5+ PQE, Cheshire, up to £50,000 DOE, hybrid role. The appointed Bridging Finance Lawyer will manage a diverse caseload of bridging finance and short-term lending transactions, efficiently handling high volumes while ensuring compliance and attention to detail. The firm offers excellent career progression opportunities and will introduce a bonus structure within the next 12 months. Remote working will be considered for lawyers with significant bridging experience.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation, and ancillary documents, while providing strategic legal advice to lenders, brokers, and borrowers and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Advising on bridging transactions and related property matters as part of a fast-growing team handling work for both lenders and buyers.
• Ensuring compliance and attention to detail in high-volume workloads.
• Experience with the LEAP case management system is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ PQE with awareness of and exposure to bridging finance, even if limited.
• Commercial property experience is beneficial.
• Remote working will be considered for candidates with significant bridging experience.
