Job Title: Bridging Conveyancing Solicitor (5+ PQE)

Location: Manchester (Central) — Hybrid working

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £60,000 to £75,000.

About the Role / The Client’s Business :

We are working with a highly respected and entrepreneurial law firm specialising in property finance and bridging lending. Our client places a strong emphasis on bridging and property conveyancing, working with a network of lenders, brokers, developers, and high-net-worth individuals. Their culture is dynamic, growth-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong appetite for expanding their bridging division.

Role Overview :
  • Handle an active and technically demanding bridging finance caseload, including residential and commercial bridging transactions.
  • Advise on loan documentation, security arrangements, and risk matters.
  • Perform legal due diligence, title searches, and land registry investigation.
  • Negotiate, draft, and review loan agreements, security deeds, and supporting documentation.
  • Work in close liaison with lenders, brokers, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless service.
  • Mitigate risk by providing in-depth property finance advice, including AML and regulatory compliance.
