Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and diligent Brewer tojoin our Warmley, Bristol site, where our close-knit team works across brewing,engineering, packaging, laboratory, and distribution to produce around 250,000pints each week. This is an excellent opportunity to join a quality-driven,modern, and expanding brewery. The ideal candidate will be passionate aboutbeer, hard-working, reliable, able to work within our fortnightly rotatingshift pattern and committed to maintaining high standards across Health &Safety, HACCP, quality, and communication.

This varied role offers the chance to develop skills acrossthe full brewing cycle—from raw ingredients through to fermentation,filtration, and supplying finished beer (cask, keg, bottle, and can) to ourpackaging teams. It’s well suited to someone passionate about brewing who iskeen to learn.

It is important that any potential candidates are able to commit to theshift-based nature of this role, where working patterns rotate fortnightlybetween early shift (6:00–14:30) and late shift (13:30–22:00).

Candidates will also be required to work a weekend rota (paid at time and ahalf).

What We’re Looking For:
  • Brewingand production experience.
  • Ideally,the ability to support laboratory and packaging functions.
  • Preferably,Institute of Brewing qualifications (or equivalent).
  • Happy and cabale of working a rotating shift pattern (two weeks of earlies, two weeks of lates).
  • Strong& confident communication skills.
  • Practical problem-solving ability.
  • A desireto learn and develop new skills.
  • Apositive, enthusiastic, hands-on approach.
  • Flexibilityand a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
  • Physicallyfit and comfortable working in a demanding environment.

This role will require you to work two different shiftpatterns: 6am to 2.30pm and 1.30pm to 10pm.
