Job Title: Breakfast Waiter/Waitress

Location: Nobu Hotel London Portman Square

As a Breakfast Waiter or Waitress in our Lounge restaurant, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. This is a 30-hour per week role working shifts between 6am and 12pm. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Creating an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests.
  2. Providing genuine, attentive, and friendly service to reflect Nobu standards.
  3. Preparing all service essentials in advance, including table set-up, cutlery, napkins, salt, and pepper.
  4. Working collaboratively as part of a team and assisting colleagues when necessary.
  5. Anticipating guests' needs and providing personalized, crafted experiences.
  6. Making empowered decisions to enhance guest experiences or resolve complaints.
  7. Demonstrating a positive and proactive work approach.
  8. Communicating effectively with the kitchen team at all times.
  9. Acting as an ambassador for Nobu, embodying our values and philosophies.
