A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Break-Out Technician in Northamptonshire. The role involves assisting with tasks in the laminating department to ensure smooth operations. Candidates with an engineering background are preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Attention to detail and a passion for engineering, automotive, or F1 are crucial. The compensation ranges from £12.21 to £14 per hour with benefits and opportunities for overtime. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

Day Shift - 40hrs p/w - 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities

The purpose of the role is to work alongside the laminating department by assisting with daily tasks of releasing components from moulds, which will ensure the department runs smoothly.

Skills & Experience

• Engineering manufacturing background (preferred but not essential)
• Have experience in a similar fast paced / high pressure environment
• Attention to detail

My client is open to candidates who don't have direct experience as they will train & develop the right person but do need to have a passion for engineering, automotive or F1.
