Job summary

The successful candidate will drive brand strategy and marketing initiatives, collaborating with both internal and external partners. About the role

Reporting into the Marketing Controller, as Brand Manager for J2O, you will execute the brand strategy within Licenced and Hospitality, focusing on brand activation in outlet, PR and responsible for building collaborative work within the On Trade as well as leading on the 2026 Christmas plan.

Role Responsibilities
  • Shape the J2O brand strategy by contributing to the annual plan
  • Drive execution of the On-Trade marketing plan
  • Lead innovation through NPD and EPD projects, bringing new products to market with internal and external partners
  • Build and nurture relationships across internal and external partners
  • Own brand performance insights, identifying key drivers and challenges
  • Deliver impactful campaigns with the Marketing Controller, Activation team, and agency partners
  • Inspire cross-functional collaboration, ensuring flawless delivery of brand initiatives
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity, recommending proactive adjustments to keep us ahead
  • Bring energy and creativity to make J2O the most fun, vibrant brand team in the industry
Experience & Key Attributes
  • Proven experience driving branded commercial success
  • Strong understanding of brand performance and P&L accountability
  • Track record of leading and delivering cross-functional marketing projects
  • Ability to transform consumer, shopper, and category insights into impactful brand strategies
  • Expert in managing budgets and optimising spend for maximum ROI
  • Skilled in leveraging research to inform marketing decisions
  • Exceptional at relationship building, stakeholder management and leadership to influence and inspire
