The Opportunity

We’re hiring for a Brand Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, working part-time (3 days a week). Based in London, this is a standout opportunity to manage our brand across QBE International.

You’ll be at the heart of a high-impact transformation, working with global and local teams to bring our refreshed brand to life across every touchpoint.

Your New Role

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you’ll manage our brand across all internal and external channels. Acting as the bridge between the central team in Sydney and QBE International’s leadership, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, clarity, and excitement throughout the transition.

Main responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary brand custodian for QBE International, ensuring consistent brand presence across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Develop and implement a clear, actionable brand plan that activates the group’s strategy across all relevant markets and channels.
  • Collaborate with key marketing, communications, and business stakeholders to drive buy-in and embed brand thinking into business planning.
  • Lead the execution and embedment of the brand strategy across all business units and channels.
  • Track brand performance and manage the brand tracer to inform future strategy.
About You

You’re a confident brand leader with a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to bring people together around a shared vision. You’ll be comfortable managing complex projects and influencing at all levels.

Skills you’ll need:
  • Experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles
  • Experience in delivering large-scale, multilingual rebranding projects, ideally in a B2B context
  • Great project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, implementation, and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
  • A passion for branding and a collaborative, flexible approach
