Evolve are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a Brand Manager to take the lead in shaping innovative campaigns that make a real impact on patient care. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, navigate the UK healthcare landscape, and drive brand growth in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

This is a 12 month MAT cover role working a minimum of 1 day per week in our clients head office in Cambridge.

  • Proven pharmaceutical brand management expertise: Over 2 years' experience driving successful brand strategies within leading UK pharmaceutical companies.

Role Responsibilities for the Brand Manager
  • Shape and lead marketing strategy: Drive innovative brand and marketing plans informed by deep customer insights and digital trends, influencing both local initiatives and global strategy.
  • Engage and inspire stakeholders: Deliver impactful omnichannel campaigns, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and lead exciting events and patient programs that make a real difference.
  • Collaborate and empower cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, medical, and patient access teams to provide training, co-create solutions, and lead agencies in delivering high-quality, compliant, and innovative activities.
  • Measure success and optimise performance: Use data-driven insights to maximise campaign impact, manage marketing budgets efficiently, and leverage cutting-edge digital tools and CRM systems to drive measurable results.
Recruitment Process
  1. 1st stage - Microsoft Teams meeting with the hiring manager
  2. 2nd stage - A Microsoft Teams or face to face interview which will include a presentation and CBI questions.
