A leading data consultancy in Greater London is seeking a Brand Insights Manager to oversee client portfolios and deliver insights. The manager will build strong client relationships, mentor junior staff, and deliver impactful reporting. Candidates should have at least 5 years of client-facing experience, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset. This role offers significant growth opportunities and a dynamic work environment with a focus on autonomy and personal development.
The Brand Insights Manager owns client portfolios and delivers high-quality insights and recommendations. They are responsible for building strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring timely and impactful reporting. Managers also play a key role in mentoring Analysts, delegating tasks where appropriate and surfacing client or workload challenges to the Leads. This role bridges hands-on reporting with leadership development, preparing Managers for future senior roles.
