Job description
So, what will I be doing?

We’re on the lookout for a talented Brand Designer with a sharp eye for detail to join our in-house creative team. In this varied role, you’ll support the Brand Guardian across a wide range of projects — predominantly focusing on packaging design, but also developing creative concepts, digital assets and print materials at times.

You’ll play a key part in managing our brand asset library and ensuring our brand guidelines are applied consistently and effectively.

Hours: This role is 30 hours a week, based at our Head Office in the village of Blagdon.

Salary: Up to £36,000 pro rata dependent on experience.

Sounds interesting, what do I need?

You’re a talented designer, with packaging experience, who’s got a sharp eye for detail, a love of great design, and a deep understanding of how brand identity comes to life. You know how to interpret (and sometimes stretch) brand guidelines to create work that feels fresh but unmistakably on-brand.

You’re collaborative, take pride in maintaining consistency and have passion for food, sustainability, and brands with real heart.

You’ll bring:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience in packaging design and a good knowledge of print processes and substrates
  • A confident grasp of branding and visual identity, with the ability to creatively interpret and evolve guidelines
  • Strong typography and layout skills, with a great sense of hierarchy and composition
  • Exceptional attention to detail and consistency
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to take and act on direction
Why should I join the family?
