A recruitment agency is seeking a Branch Manager for its growing healthcare division in Birmingham. This role requires strong business development capability and team leadership experience. The successful candidate will have a track record of exceeding KPIs and should excel in building relationships with clients and staff. This position starts as remote and transitions to branch work after six months.

Sales Branch Manager - Business Development skills are a must, working within a tightknit team within Healthcare Recruitment, you'll have to hunting abilities to grow this ever evolving brand! This role is WFH whilst you build the branches hours - then into branch after 6 months!

Expected experience

• A minimum of 2 years business development experience within healthcare
• At least 2 years' experience leading/managing a team demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire
• The ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure
• Target driven, with a proven track record of exceeding KPI's
• Organised and strong attention to detail
• Previous experience within healthcare is desirable, although not essential
• Personable individual, who enjoys developing relationships with both staff and clients
