Salary: £45k to £50k (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all branch operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.

  • Drive sales growth through proactive business development and effective account management.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a successful branch team to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Manage stock levels, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure product availability and profitability.

  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Branch Manager or senior leadership role within the builders merchant or construction supply sector.
