This role, reporting into the Sales Director will play a crucial role in driving growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the efficiency of the internal sales team and be a key factor in the branches overall success
  • Through extensive expertise and knowledge of product line be able to support the sales team and identify opportunities for growth with both new and existing customers
  • Engage with key accounts, visiting and ensuring full optimisation of potential opportunities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
