Branch Manager

We are looking for an experienced, driven and motivated candidate to run our busy MOT and repair centre based in Bracknell.

Salary Expectations :

• Basic Salary : £45k to £54k per year
• Bonus Scheme : £6k to £15k per year
• On Target Earnings : £51k to £60k+ per year
• 3,000 signing-on fee paid within the first 6 months

This busy site is well placed in a local community and provides MOTs, servicing, and repairs for all makes and models to both retail and trade customers. The garage handles all types of repairs—from basic maintenance to more complex jobs including clutches, cambelts, timing belts, and head gasket replacements.

The site has built a strong reputation in the local area, and the role is ideally suited to an experienced manager who can deliver an exceptional customer journey while driving and growing the business.
