We are looking for an experienced, driven and motivated candidate to run our busy MOT and repair centre based in Bracknell.
This busy site is well placed in a local community and provides MOTs, servicing, and repairs for all makes and models to both retail and trade customers. The garage handles all types of repairs—from basic maintenance to more complex jobs including clutches, cambelts, timing belts, and head gasket replacements.
The site has built a strong reputation in the local area, and the role is ideally suited to an experienced manager who can deliver an exceptional customer journey while driving and growing the business.

The successful candidate must have prior experience in managing a workshop, including overseeing staff, managing parts, and handling returns. Main dealer experience is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with the MOT scheme is also desirable.
The bonus structure is based on the branch's combined MOT and labour sales, not individual performance. Bonuses are awarded on a sliding scale ranging from approximately £500 to £1,250 per month, depending on branch performance.
