Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience within a Building Material distributor.
  • Must possess a valid Driving Licence.
  • Experience in motivating and driving sales.

Overview

Are you based in the Exeter area? Do you have leadership experience gained at a Building Material Distributor? Do you have experience leading teams of up to 12 staff?

Frazer is the UKs leading specialist supplier of ground preparation, drainage, utilities and flood prevention solutions - for housing, commercial, infrastructure and industrial sectors.

Role

We are on the hunt for a Branch Director to lead the team in our new Exeter branch, who is as passionate about great service as we are.

Hours and Location

Hours: 7am-5pm Monday to Friday

Location: Frazer, Matford Business Centre, Silverton Road, Exeter EX2 8ND

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the wider network to support Customer requirements and business activities
  • Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations
  • Build effective relationships with suppliers
  • Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth
  • Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, carrying out regular stock counts
  • Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Required Skills And Experience
  • Previous leadership experience within Building Material distributor
  • Strong Sales aptitude
  • Driving Licence is required

  • You will already have strong communication and commercial awareness to be able to empower the team to provide great customer service.
