In this position you will manage approximately five complex, high‑value TBI cases, with the opportunity to handle a mixed caseload that includes clinical negligence claims, furthering your professional development.

The Ideal Candidate

We seek highly motivated lawyers (Solicitors or CILEx) with a minimum of eight years PQE and experience managing multi‑track serious injury cases. While extensive TBI experience is not essential – training and support will be provided – you should have solid experience in:

  • Preparing schedules of loss
  • Drafting witness statements
  • Handling claims exceeding £500,000
Whats on Offer

The client offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package, with clear career progression as the firm grows.
