About the Role

As a Boutique Manager, you report to the Store Director and are responsible for an Assistant Manager, a Supervisor and a team of 10+. You will be the driving force behind your store's success. You'll manage a high-performing team, create memorable client experiences, and uphold the values of a globally respected brand known for innovation, elegance, and precision.

What We're Looking For
  • A Boutique or Store Manager (or a strong Assistant / Department Manager) with 2Yrs+ experience.
  • Management experience in fine watches & jewellery is desirable but not essential or luxury fashion, lifestyle or hospitality.
  • Passionate about clienteling and building long-term relationships.
  • Commercially astute with a proven record of hitting targets and driving store performance.
  • A motivational leader who can inspire, train and grow a high-achieving team.
  • An ambassador of excellence with exceptional attention to detail and luxury service standards.
