Job summary

A leading event management company in Greater London is seeking a Bookings & Events Coordinator to manage bookings and logistics for events. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, a passion for creating exceptional experiences, and experience in sales and event coordination. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 plus performance bonus and requires flexibility for weekend work. Training and a supportive environment will be provided.

Bookings & Events Coordinator – The Sensation Band

Permanent | Full time | London, Hampstead Garden Suburb HQ | £25,000 (performance bonus)

Hours Mon – Fri 9.30‑18.00 (occasional later start/finish); 2 weekend days per month, flexible weekend flexibility and paid overtime.

As the Bookings & Events Co‑ordinator, you will be the driving force behind the success of the UK's most sought‑after party band, booking, planning and managing unforgettable gigs throughout the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Prepare proposals via the CRM system, research additional costs and follow up within agreed timescales.
  • Send reminders, manage payments and keep all contractual documentation on time.
  • Liaise with venues, in‑house sound/production company, and other stakeholders to secure technical requirements and schedules.
  • Arrange travel, logistics, wardrobe and pre‑gig communications for the band.
  • Attend, manage and prepare events, including organising freelance managers as needed.
  • Assist business development projects, maintain referrer contacts and drive marketing via LinkedIn, social media and networking.
Qualifications
  • Passion for creating exceptional experiences with strong multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities, converting enquiries into bookings.
  • Sales and event coordination experience, with knowledge of CRM, venue liaison and logistics.
  • Proficiency in event‑management software and the ability to work flexible days and weekends.
