Overview

Boiler Service & Repair Engineer – Location: Norwich | Salary: £41,000 - £48,000 per annum | Employment type: Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Undertake servicing and maintenance works across a range of domestic properties within the region.
  • Deliver excellent customer care when dealing with clients and tenants, maintaining required quality standards.
  • Provide updates on progress, completing all required documentation electronically and manually.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Records.
  • Follow stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure the availability of parts required to complete works.
Key Requirements & Attributes
  • Current gas qualifications (minimum: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1).
  • Ability to participate in an Out of Hours rota, including evening and weekend cover.
  • Professional and approachable manner, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and tenants.
  • Successful completion of all criminal record and reference checks prior to commencement.
