A repair bodyshop near Feltham is seeking a Bodyshop Receptionist. You will greet customers, assist them with their needs, and manage administrative functions. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a bodyshop, and is proficient with computer programs. This position requires a friendly, organized individual with strong customer service skills. The role operates Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, with no weekend shifts.

Overview

My client is a Repair Bodyshop near Feltham, Middlesex, who are looking to recruit a Bodyshop Receptionist for their site. Our client is looking for a professional, friendly and enthusiastic person to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Discuss customer’s requirements and assist with their needs.
  • Ensure all administrative functions within the bodyshop department are carried out in accordance with company policies.
  • Inform all relevant staff of forthcoming recall campaigns and changes in warranty/goodwill procedure.
  • To use Auto flow Management Systems.
  • Ensure all customer records / paperwork are correctly maintained.
  • Maintain relationships with other staff members, specialist repairers and manufacturers’ representatives.
  • Maintain knowledge of all procedures and documentation.
  • Support other staff members in all administrative related matters.
Qualifications / Experience
  • At least 8 years experience in a customer facing role; bodyshop experience would be an advantage.
  • Confident in computer programs.
  • Organised and efficient to deal with the volume of paperwork.
  • Friendly and approachable, able to offer advice and corrective feedback to technicians and service reception.
  • Disciplined with a passion for attention to detail.
  • Professional, enthusiastic and experienced with strong customer service skills.
Package & Hours

Bodyshop Receptionist Package is Basic (Depending on Experience) OTE (Depending on Experience).

Hours: Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm, No Weekends.
