Overview

Our client is looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager to run an Accident Repair Centre based in Rugby. This role may suit a driven and motivated Bodyshop Manager who is experienced in the role.

Responsibilities
  • Producing / implementing marketing & sales strategies
  • Overseeing recruitment, staff training and staff retention
  • Ensuring the bodyshop always adheres to Manufacturer and Group standards
  • Monitoring bodyshop performance against Group targets/budgets
  • Producing reports as required by the Group
Benefits / Remuneration
  • Basic salary between £50,000 - £60,000
  • Bonus scheme - Site performance related
  • Monday to Friday
