Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Accident Repair setting.
  • Experience as a Bodyshop Manager, Team Leader, or Senior.
  • Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure repair centre processes are followed.
  • Provide estimated completion dates inline with targets.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with H&S and PPE regulations.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on all vehicles.
  • Report daily to the Regional Manager.

Bodyshop Manager – Grays
  • Basic Salary : £50,000 – OTE up to £71,500!
  • 50-hour working week
  • (Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm, including paid breaks)
  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in an Accident Repair setting as a Manager, Senior or Team Leader.

Our client, a leading name in the Accident Repair industry, is seeking a Bodyshop Manager in the Grays area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team in a modern, well-equipped repair centre, backed by one of Europe’s largest accident claim service providers.

Duties of a Bodyshop Manager with our Client
  • Liaise with all team members to ensure repair centre processes are followed.
  • Provide estimated completion dates in line with targets and daily output goals.
  • Ensure the workshop remains safe and compliant with H&S and PPE regulations.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on all vehicles.
  • Report daily to the Regional Manager.
The successful Bodyshop Manager will have
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an Accident Repair setting.
  • Previous experience as a Bodyshop Manager, Team Leader, or Senior.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
  • A proactive and forward-thinking mindset.
  • Passion for teamwork and productivity to lead a high-achieving Bodyshop.
