As a Bobst Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of high-quality production processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assisting Operator with setting up and maintaining the Bobst die‑cutting and creasing machines.
  • Monitoring the production process to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
  • Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot any issues and maintain continuous workflow.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and contributing to a safe working environment.

  • A keen interest in the print and packaging sector.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a strong willingness to learn on the job.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.

Your role will be pivotal in the operation of Bobst die-cutting and creasing machinery. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the print and packaging industry and looking to apply their skills in a supportive and technologically advanced environment.

This is a Permanent role, paid weekly – where you will be working on 3 shift rotations :

Shift Rotations
  • Morning Shift : 06.00 to 13.30 (6.00 to 12.30 on Friday)
  • Afternoon shift : 13.30 to 21.00 (12.30 to 19.00 on Friday)
  • Night Shift : 21.00 to 06.00 (Monday to Thursday)

The shifts will rotate weekly, so one week you will be working on mornings then nights then afternoons and so on – please only apply if you can cover all shift patterns.
