The Assistant Branch Manager directs the workflow of Customer Service Representatives and assists with the overall duties and responsibilities of the branch. You will assist the Branch Manager in assessing branch needs and conduct meetings with your staff. You will work with leadership to train, develop, and mentor Customer Service Representatives to be proficient and accurate in their work.

The salary for this position traditionally starts at $47,320 annually but may be commensurate with education and experience.
