What You'll Be Doing

You’ll lead the end-to-end management of a circa £2m BMS installation, working closely with our MEP, digital, and commissioning teams to ensure the system is delivered to the highest standards. This is a complex, high‑profile project that will give you the autonomy to shape how the BMS solution is integrated across a state‑of‑the‑art new campus.

  • Managing the full BMS project lifecycle from design through to commissioning and handover
  • Overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal delivery teams
  • Ensuring the Schneider system is implemented effectively and in line with project requirements
  • Managing programme, cost, quality, and technical deliverables
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the wider project team
  • Driving readiness for key milestones, witness testing, and final sign‑off
What We're Looking For
  • Strong experience managing BMS projects (ideally on large, complex schemes)
  • Hands‑on capability with either Schneider systems, Tridium, Trend etc
  • Proven ability to take ownership of programme, delivery, and technical coordination
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience on major construction, healthcare, education, or campus developments is a bonus
