• Experience with CRM systems such as TRAMPS or Fixflo.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Pro-active management of all key L & T events.
• Oversee the rent collection process.
• Prepare annual service charge budgets for block management.
