• At least 5 years senior management experience in a Power Station or Large Process Plant.
• Proven track record in achieving plant KPI's.
• Familiarity with engineering standards such as PSSR, LOLER, PUWER.

• Manage site O&M team & third-party contractors.
• Oversee plant improvement opportunities and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
