  • Govern CDE setup, user permissions, workflows, and data structure.
  • Support project teams in RFIs, Technical Submittals, Asset Data, Reviews, and documentation flows.

A leading European engineering contractor delivering some of the largest hyperscale data centre projects across the continent is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join their Dublin team. This organisation is known for its technical excellence, cutting‑edge digital engineering environment, and strong commitment to innovation.

You will join a high‑performing project controls and digital delivery team supporting complex, multi‑disciplinary construction delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to lead BIM & Information Management standards across major mission‑critical projects.

As BIM Manager, you will take ownership of the company‑wide information management environment, driving the adoption, governance, and optimisation of ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) across multiple major construction projects. You will work closely with engineering, planning, QA/QC, and project leadership to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the rollout, training, and day‑to‑day use of ACC Build across all project teams
  • Maintain and develop company BIM standards, workflows, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with ISO19650 and best‑practice information management principles
  • Govern CDE (Common Data Environment) setup, user permissions, workflows, and data structure
  • Support project teams in RFIs, Technical Submittals, Asset Data, Reviews, and documentation flows
  • Monitor BIM processes across multiple European projects to ensure uniform adoption
  • Standardise project reporting using ACC Build data, with optional Power BI integration
  • Work closely with digital engineering, design, and construction leads to optimise BIM delivery
Ideal Candidate
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
  • 5+ years' industry experience in BIM / Information Management
  • Expert‑level knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Build) is essential
  • Strong understanding of ISO19650 workflows and compliance
  • Experience managing CDE environments and company‑wide BIM procedures
  • Power BI knowledge beneficial but not essential
  • Strong communicator, organised, and able to influence teams at all levels
